Carol Lauer, Principal
Carol is a strategic thought leader with functional experience in brand marketing and sales and category experience ranging from food to pharmaceutical. She is adept at translating consumer insights into marketing initiatives and marketing initiatives into customer oriented solutions. Prior to founding Interscope, Carol consulted with Euro RSCG Meridian for eight years where she led implementation of Rx-OTC switch best practices with Claritin. Prior to Meridian, Carol advanced through the brand management ranks at Kraft and developed the sales strategic plan for integrating the Kraft, General Foods, and Oscar Mayer sales forces.
Carol’s academic credentials include a BS in Marketing from University of Dayton and MBA in Economics from the Columbia Business School.
